Brand Introduction: Egger board originated in 1961, when the first particleboard factory with its own name (EGGER) was founded by old Fritz Egger in St. Johann, Tyrol, Austria.

It has long been in a leading position in the board manufacturing industry and is one of the world's largest board manufacturers. Its top-grade environmentally friendly boards are widely used in furniture, cabinets and decorative buildings, with 17 production bases in Europe.

The Egger Group entered China in 1998 and invested in new color Egger boards in my country that were launched simultaneously with Europe.

1. Excellent quality, starting from material selection

100% of the Egger board is selected from coniferous tree species growing in the cold zone of the European continent. It is made of logs that are broken and processed under high temperature and high pressure. The middle layer is long wood fiber, and the two sides are fine wood fiber. After pressing into a board, its cross-section is a sandwich structure, with a tight molecular structure, high strength, and excellent physical properties such as not easy to deform and strong nail holding force.

Egger board is made from coniferous trees grown in the cold zone of the European continent. It is a kind of board that is more suitable for furniture processing and production by cutting, crushing, high temperature and high pressure of natural logs.

Egger board overcomes the shortcomings of natural wood, has non-deformation and stable physical properties, good stability; good nail holding force, strong permeability, and good processability. Eurodekor double veneer panel is a product with a wooden base board (in accordance with European standard EN14322) as the core layer and melamine impregnated colored paper pressed on the upper and lower surfaces. It is an ideal material for horizontal or vertical applications in furniture and interior design, such as furniture door panels, shelves, wardrobes or wall panels.

F☆☆☆☆Environmental standards

Since 2015, Egger has fully upgraded its F four-star double veneer panels for the Chinese market. The latest test report shows that the formaldehyde emission is 0.2mg/L, which meets the F☆☆☆☆ Japanese JIS A 1460 standard.

All Egger veneer products supplied to the Chinese market are produced by Egger's European factory. Not only is there a computer-controlled experimental testing system inside the Egger factory, but it is also monitored by a third-party independent testing agency such as Germany's WKI for a long time to strictly ensure the quality of the panels.
